At Grain Wood Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your solid wood purchase. If your new furniture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during the transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a carrier pickup for larger freight items at a time convenient for you.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
